The Fairways 10 Year Anniversary Party
20th July 2024
Thanks to all who joined us for our 10 year anniversary of The Fairways. Fun was had by all as we had circus entertainment from Storm in a Tea Cup, fantastic food from Spitting Pig and music from UkeBox that kept us all dancing.
Our Awards
In 2019, we were nominated as a company for the Cumbria Family Business Awards. The business was a runner-up in the “People and Community Services” category and Maud Wilson won the “Employee of the Year” category out of 10 outstanding people from a variety of local businesses.

Mrs O – father moved to Fairways in March 2021
My father moved from hospital to Fairways, aged 101. Understandably he was apprehensive at first, but the staff made him feel welcome & well cared for; such that he now looks at Fairways as his home.

Fairways is a Care Home in the true sense. They are currently caring for my mother, and my mother-in-law before that. We are eternally in their debt for the loving & professional care they provide in a safe comfortable environment.

I know my parents are happy they speak fondly of staff members. They are enjoying their days now and there’s always something happening I think the hairdressers is the highlight of my mams week she has never looked so good!
